Be Bold Be You: Life Hack Series 2026
LIFE HACKS SATURDAY SERIES:
Five Community Experiments for Life's Next Chapter
What do you do when you're standing between what was and what comes next? As Bold At 319 enters a new season, we're bringing back one of our favourite traditions: Life Hacks.
Originally created in 2019, Life Hacks was never about teaching people how to optimise their lives. Instead, it was about ordinary people sharing unexpected wisdom, practical rituals, and personal discoveries that helped them navigate work, relationships, creativity, uncertainty, and change.
This July-August, five members of the Bold community return with their own modern interpretation of a Life Hack. Each session is a small experiment. A chance to pause, reflect, create, connect, and perhaps discover something you didn't know you needed.
Whether you're starting over, letting go, trying something new, or simply looking for good company, there's likely a session here for you.
✨ Five Saturdays. Five experiments. Five ways to move forward.
TICKETING FEE:
Each Life Hack session is priced at $5 per participant.
Your ticket helps cover administrative costs, materials, and refreshments where applicable, while making these community-led experiences accessible to a wider audience. More importantly, it is a small commitment to showing up for yourself and others. Spaces are limited and registration is required.

💅 25 July | 10.00am-12.00pm | Fresh Set for a Fresh Start with Jolie
A gentle introduction to nail art as a ritual of creativity, reflection, and beginning again. Learn simple techniques while taking time to slow down, connect, and prepare for what's next.
What to Expect:A guided introduction to different techniques: gradients, dots, french tips and anything else you might want to draw on your nails.
Leave with your nails done using regular polish
A dedicated time to relax and chat with others around you, reflecting on the rituals we have when we approach something new
Story behind this workshop:Since I often paint my own nails, I was offered an opportunity to hold a Life Hack as a throwback to the Nails Don’t Lie session held in 2019. I started painting my own nails as a form of creative expression, using whatever materials I have and $2 nail polish to do basic art. Nails have also evolved into a space for meditation and a way to break the ice for me.
As Bold moves into its next chapter, I thought the act of painting a fresh set of nails was a fitting representation of this transitional era. I hope this Life Hack session provides a space to reset and prepare for whatever is next for each of us.
❤️ 1 August | 9.30am- 11.30am| What We Carry Forward: Navigating Endings, Letting Go & New Beginnings with Heath
A reflective conversation about life transitions, change, uncertainty, and growth. Through storytelling and dialogue, explore what you're ready to release and what deserves to come with you into your next chapter.
What to Expect:A warm, welcoming and psychologically safe space for reflection and conversation
Opportunities to connect with others through small-group and whole-group dialogue
Stories and practical life lessons from everyday experiences of change, transition and growth
Guided reflection on what we may need to let go of and what we want to carry forward
A balance of hope, gratitude and possibility, while also making space for uncertainty, loss and difficult emotions
A calm, grounding experience designed to foster clarity, connection and meaningful learning
Story behind this workshop:Life is full of endings and beginnings. We graduate, leave jobs, move homes, outgrow relationships, discover new parts of ourselves, and sometimes find ourselves standing between what was and what comes next.
As this community marks the closing of a space that has been home for many over the past decade, I was inspired to create a conversation that explores how we navigate change in our own lives. Through listening, storytelling and shared reflection, we often discover that the wisdom we need is already present within us and among us.
This session is an invitation to slow down, make sense of endings, honour what has been meaningful, and explore what we wish to carry forward into the next chapter.

Story behind this event:
As an vocal & art educator, I have seen how creative expression can empower children and families to build confidence, process emotions and discover their unique voices. This event was inspired by the belief that self-love begins with learning to let go of self-doubt and embracing who we are.Through art, mindfulness, and reflection, we hope to create a safe and welcoming space where participants can celebrate their individuality and recognise their own strengths. I hope this exhibition can serve as an inspiration for the community, student and parents who is in their own creative journey✨
