Across the day, we’re prototyping “good day blocks” short, low-pressure participatory practices that invite you to try simple ways of designing a good day, together.

Each ticket anchors a time window and energy. Come anytime within the block. Stay for a moment or a while. You’re welcome to move gently between spaces.

Start your day gently. This is a slow arrival space — come as you are, shake off the rush, and settle into the rhythm of the day. Expect open-ended invitations to move, notice, breathe, and arrive
NOURISH & CONNECT| 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM| Anchor creators: Quiet Readers Club, tobetterdays
As the day warms up, so do conversations. This chapter is about nourishment.You might read quietly alongside strangers, work with your hands, or stumble into a conversation you didn’t expect.
GATHER & SHARE| 3:00PM - 530PM| Anchor creators: SGTeafriends, Centre for Community Wellbeing
This is the social heart of the day. A time to gather, share stories, and practice care, with tea, conversation, and simple collective rituals.
SLOW & RESTORE| 4:00PM - 6:00PM| Anchor creators: Heath, Counting Sheep Project
Energy dips. We honour that. This chapter invites slowing down. A space to soften and restore before the day closes.
