Goodbye Doomscrolling, Hello Better Sleep
It All Begins Here
Goodbye to the doomscrolling and the constant buzzing. Hello healthy sleep routines!
by Ngawang Chime (Counting Sheep Project) | IG: @countingsheepproject
Every night, many of us say, “Just five more minutes.” Yet we find ourselves scrolling long past the intended bedtime. Counting Sheep invites visitors to reflect on the small bedtime habits that quietly shape our wellbeing. Inspired by the theme of Good Lives and Hellos & Goodbyes, this parklet explores what it means to say goodbye to bedtime doomscrolling, constant notifications and the pressure to always be online, so that we can say hello to deeper rest, greater presence and healthier routines.
Through playful interactions, hands-on activities and a first look at the Counting Sheep mobile app, we hope to show that meaningful change can start with one small habit tonight.
