A game that’s all about having fun, embracing life’s little surprises, and rolling with the punches! Life doesn’t always need to be taken so seriously, and neither does storytelling. Sometimes, the best adventures come from simply rolling with what we have and seeing where it takes us.
Inspired by the principles of Design Thinking, That’s How We Roll© invites you to get playful with the unknown. It’s about empathy through the stories we share, curiosity about the unexpected connections that arise, and learning how to iterate our ideas until something truly unique comes to life.
After all, in life (and in games), it’s not about perfection—it’s about exploration, collaboration, and, most importantly, fun! So, how do we roll? Let’s dive in!

With the official launch of That’s How We Roll© in March 2025, we are hoping to enroll many more ‘rollcasters’ with us! If you are youth developer, mentor, educator or anyone that believes in supporting dreams and possibilities. Try your hand at this tool!
We promise there would be fun, curiosity, and connective as you roll the dice interpreting the symbols and weaving the narrative of what could be for you!
